replace a creaky staircase paired with and oak and glass balustrade. Fabulous transformation.
"Although we were in a new build property we have a very creaky staircase which the builder was unable to rectify. We decided to contact companies to enquire about options to rectify the creaks. Roland from JBC quickly responded to our query and came out to take a look and talk over options. Roland was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the options available from a repair through to complete staircase replacement. As we wanted to install a glass balustrade as well as have a solid staircase we decided to go for a completely new oak staircase with glass balustrade. For the installation Roland and Russell did a fantastic job. They removed the existing staircase with no damage and then expertly installed the new staircase. The job took 4 days and we were kept updated on the progress. Roland and Russell worked away diligently cleaning up each night and making sure the staircase was safe. We had no idea on the intricacy of installing a staircase and the value of true craftsmanship in making sure it was installed correctly! We now have solid, fantastic looking staircase with no squeaks! They even made a matching doggy gate to stop our dog from going up the stairs!
